Does CoreDesk replace GLPI?
It was designed to: helpdesk, asset management and technical inventory in a simpler app, with remote access and agents included.
Can my clients see each other's data?
No. Each client is isolated in every query and by database triggers. A client's users only see that client.
Which systems have an agent?
Windows 10 and 11, with inventory, compliance and signed commands; Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL, Rocky, AlmaLinux, Fedora, Arch and SUSE), with inventory and remote access setup; and Android, in beta. The remote access client runs on Windows, Linux and macOS.
Can I host it on my own servers?
Yes. CoreDesk runs with Docker Compose, PostgreSQL 16, Redis 7 and S3-compatible storage, behind your own TLS proxy.
Is the interface available in English?
Not yet. The application is in European Portuguese today, with some technical terms in English.
